Online Application for Pre-Matric Scholarship 2015-16 for Minority students Class 1 to 10 Haryana

    Ministry of Minority Affairs, Department of Haryana, Government of India inviting the Online Application in the prescribed format from the students belonging to the Minority Communities, ie. Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Zoroastrians ( Parsis) & Jain notified by the Central Government for practising education from Class I to Class X studying in Government or recognized Schools or Aided Institutes for Pre Matric Scholarships for the academic year 2015-16 as per the eligibility criteria and conditions prescribed by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India.

    Eligibility for Pre-Matric Scholarship Haryana:

    [1] The candidates must be the resident of Haryana state.

    [2] The candidate must scored 50% marks or equivalent grade in the last final examination to be eligible for Pre Matric Scholarship.

    [3] The student’s parents/guardian income should not more than Rs. One Lac (1,00,000) from all sources per annum.

    [4] 30% scholarships are put aside for girl students.

    [5] Two students from one family are eligible to apply for Pre matric Scholarship in Haryana.

    Documents required for Pre-Matric Scholarship Haryana:

    {a} The students parents Income certificate is require which can be obtain from the employer for the employed parents/guardians OR Certificate to be issued by the Competent Authority ( Sub Divisional Magistrate/Tehsildar).

    {b} Minority Certificate should also reqired to be submitted which must be issued by the First class Magistrate.

    {c} The student should submit the Aadhar Card Number to apply Online for Pre Matric Scholarship in Haryana.

    Other Terms and conditions for Pre-Matric Scholarship Haryana:
    1=> The student will get the scholarship amount which shall be directrly transferred to the students Bank Account through DBT Direct Benefit Transfer mode.

    2=> The Renewal of the pre matric Scholarship for the consequent years will depend on the successful completion of the course during the preceding years.

    3=> The selected candidates under the pre matric scholarship is not able to avail any other scholarship for the practising the course.

    4=> This is necessary to all the eligible candidates (class 1 t 10) to open an account in the name of students.

    5=> The candidates should required to fill their own/parents/guardian bank account no., PAN card no., to applying for online application and it is mandatory that their bank account number should be Aadhar enabled.

    Amount of Pre Matric Scholarship in Haryana:

    Admission Fee from Class 6 to 10

    Hosteller : Rs. 500/- per annum subject to actual

    Day Scholars: Rs. 500/- per annum subject to actual

    Tuitition Fee from Class 6 to 10

    Hosteller : Rs. 350/- per month subject to actual

    Day Scholars: Rs. 350/- per month subject to actual

    Maintenance Allowance (payable 10 months in a year) Class 1 to 5

    Hosteller : NIL

    Day Scholars: Rs. 100/- per month

    Maintenance Allowance (payable 10 months in a year) Class 6 to 10

    Hosteller : Rs. 600/- per month subject to actual

    Day Scholars: Rs. 100/- per month

    Important Dates (for Class 9 and 10 Online)

    <~> Receipt of Application from students by Institution/State scrutiny by institutions/State administration : May 1, 2015 to July 31, 2015

    <~> Submission of Online proposals by State: July 1, 2015 to August 31, 2015

    <~> Bank Validation by Public Finance Management System (PFMS) and Release of Scholarship amount to students through DBT mode : Sept. 1, 2015 to October 18, 2015

    How to Apply for Pre-Matric Scholarship in Haryana:

    <1> The desirous and eligible candidates can apply online for Pre-Matric Scholarship at

    <2> All the eligible student of Class 1 to 10 should apply for Pre Matric Scholarship Online.

    <3> Students should have to forward their applications online to the institutions and should take print out of it.

    <4> The print out of application form along with the necessary required documents will be submitted to the concerned institutions.

    <5> Then the students will get the Temporary ID. Keep this temporary ID with you for further use.

    <6> The institution will scrutinize and forward all the received applications online.

    <7> The eligible candidates should send their applications for Pre – Matric Scholarship along with all the necessary documents by post OR by hand at the address given below:
