    Minority students are being provided free coaching under the ‘Nai Udaan’ scheme for preparation of various entrance examinations from the Ministry of Minority Affairs. The candidates will be supported to clear Prelims conducted by Union Public Service Commission, Staff Selection Commission and State Public Service Commissions to adequately equip them to compete for appointment to Civil Services in the Union and the State Governments. Every year approx.. 800 candidates will be supported with this financial aid under the Nai Udaan Scholarship Scheme for Minority Students 2017-18.

    Eligibility criteria for Nai Udaan Scholarship Scheme 2017-18 :

    ~@~) Nai Udaan Scholarship Scheme is open for Minority students, viz. Muslim, Sikh, Christians, Jains, Parsis and Buddhists.

    ~@~) The candidates family income should not be more than Rs. 4.50 lacs (Four Lacs Fifty Thousand) per annum from all sources.

    ~@~) This financial aid under the scholarship ship can be taken by eligible candidates only once.

    ~@~) For the financial year 2017-18, the candidates whose result has been announced after 1st March, 2017 are eligible to apply for aforesaid scholarship scheme.

    Nai Udaan Scholarship Scheme 2017-18 Benefits :

    The selected candidates will be provided with the following benefits.

    The distribution of benefits to different notified minority communities are as follows:

    Muslims: 568

    Christians: 96



    Parsis: 7

    Jains: 17.

    The rate of financial assistance are as follows :

    Rs. Fifty thousand (Rs. 50,000/-) for Gazetted Post

    Rs Twenty Five Thousand (25,000/-) for Non- Gazetted Post

    The above support shall be given to the minority candidates who have cleared the Prelims conducted by Union Public Service Commissions; Staff Selection Commissions or State Public Service Commissions etc for Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ Civil Services.

    The candidates who are selected under the scheme shall get a financial help through a Nationalized Bank. The payment will be given through RTGS/ECS/Cheque or e-payment.

    Application Process for Nai Udaan Scholarship Scheme 2017-18:

    <>> The eligible applicants can apply for Nai Udaan Scholarship Scheme for Minority students through Online mode only as the offline applications will not be accepted.

    <>> The candidates are advised to take extra care while filling the online application form as no mistake can be corrected after submission of application form.

    <>> Applicants must have valid active email ID during the applying for application. All the information like registration number, password and other details will be sent to the applicants registered email ID. Please take a regular visit to your emails.

    <>> First of all, the applicants have to register with valid email ID and fill up all the details, like, personal details, uploading of documents and then Save in order to get registration number, ID and password in your registered email ID.

    <>> Then fill the online application form and upload documents after registration with using your ID and password.

    <>> Must take a print out of your filled in submitted application form for your further record.

    Keep ready the following documents while applying for Online application :

    ** Scanned photograph and signature

    ** Personal email ID.

    ** Self Declaration of belonging to Minority community/ Minority Community certificate

    ** Self Declaration of Annual Income of the family from all sources

    ** Scanned documents for identity, that is Aadhar Card, PAN card, Driving License, Voter I. Card, Passport, Ration card, BPL card.

    ** Scanned copy of cancelled Cheque of Bank Account of the student to verity the Account Number and Bank IFSC code.

    ** Scanned copy of Affidavit on Non-Judicial Paper of Rs. 5 duly notarized to the effect that the student is not availing or not availed financial assistance from any other source.

    ** Scanned copy of Admit Card of the particular exam

    ** Scanned copy of Roll Number slip with copy of result page

    I have registered successfully and received an application ID.
    But, when I login to the portal to fill up further details and uplaod my admit card & roll no.slip, the page is blank!
    Have contacted the help desk number & 01124302549 but in vain.
