Nai Udaan 2016-17 Financial Assistance Scheme For Minority Communities Online Application Process

    A Minority Community students who want to avail the financial assistance can apply Under a Scheme called Nai Udaan for the year 2016-17. This scheme is provided by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India. Under this scheme, the financial assistance will be given to the candidates who are belonging to the Minority communities, such as Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and Parsis.

    The candidates who have cleared preliminary examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) , State Public Service Commissions (SPSCs) or Staff Selection Commission (SSC) etc. during the year 2016-17 for appearing in the main examination for recruitment to the Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ posts.

    Eligibility Criteria :

    ó The interested candidates should belong to one of the minority communities i.e. Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and Parsis.

    ó The candidates family income should not be more than Rs. Four lacs Fifty thousand (4,50,000) per annum from all sources

    ó The candidates should have passed preliminary examination conducted by UPSC, State PSC or SSC etc.

    ó The candidates whose results are declared after 01.03.2016 are eligible to financial assistance during 2016 -17.

    Benefits of Financial Assistance :

    {#}. The selected candidates for Gazetted post will be provided with the Financial assistance of Rs. 50,000.

    {#}. In case of Non-Gazetted posts, selected applicant will get Rs. 25,000.

    {#}. This financial assistance is one time and those applicants who have availed the scheme in the past are not eligible.

    {#}. The assistance is available in respect of one examination only i.e. in case the candidate has cleared preliminary examination conducted by the UPSC and simultaneously clears preliminary examination conducted by SSC also, then the financial benefit will be given for one examination only.

    Application Process :

    ~>] The willing candidates who fulfil the eligibility conditions can apply for financial assistance through Online mode only.

    ~>] No offline mode or manual application will not be accepted.

    ~>] The received application from any other mode will not be entertained and their candidatures will be cancelled.

    ~>] First of all the applicant has to register with valid email ID and fill the form with all details, like personal details, uploading of photo, signature and other required documents. A message will appear for successful registration and register number, ID and password will be generated and send to candidate registered email ID.

    ~>] Login with your ID and password and fill the desired information related to their prelims exam and upload necessary documents and then submit

    ~>] The candidates can take a print out of their application for future record.

    ~>] The candidates who is applying for this award must have a valid and active personal email ID as all the information, like registration no., password and other communication will be sent to the registered email. For any correspondence, the candidates must check their email ID regularly.

    ~>] It is duty of the candidate to fill the online application form very neatly and correctively in order to avoid the disqualification.

    <#>. Candidates personal details with valid email ID

    <#>. Scanned photograph and signature

    <#>. Self Declaration of belonging to Minority community/ Minority community

    <#>. Self declaration of annual income of the family from all sources as per the format.

    <#>. Scanned documents for identity- Aadhar Card, PAN card, DL, Voter card, Passport, Ration Card, BPL card.

    <#>. Scanned copy of a cancelled Cheque of Bank Account of the student to verify the account number and Bank IFSC code.

    <#>. Scanned copy of an Affidavit on Non-judicial paper of Rs. 5 duly notarized.

    <#>. Scanned copy of Admit card of the particular exam.

    <#>. Scanned copy of Roll number slip with copy of result page in which Roll no. is reflected.
