    Kendriya Vidyalaya, ONGC Rajahmundry is organizing the 13th All India KV Child Art Exhibition-2017. All the students of Kendriya Vidyalaya will be eligible for All India KV child Art Competition. This is Drawing and Painting Competition. To participate in the competition, the students are not required to pay any Entry Fee. Medals and prizes will be awarded to the top most candidates. All the paintings will be judged by a panel of well-known artists. The application process, eligibility, and the other criteria are as under.

    Topic of All India KV Child Art Competition :

    There is no fixed topics for the students. The topics are open. The suggested topics are : Scenery, Festivals, School Activities and celebrations like annual day, Teachers Day celebration etc., Swacch Bharat, Wild life, Global Warming, World Peace, National Integration, Sports & Games, Go green, Village fair, Save Nature etc. Or any other.

    Eligibility Criteria for 13th All India KV Child Art Exhibition-2017 :

    The candidates are divided into six groups to participate in 13th All India Kendriya Vidyalaya Child Art Competition 2017.

    Group A- 1 & 2 classes,

    Group B: 3 & 4 Classes,

    Group C: 5 & 6 Classes,

    Group D- 7 & 8 classes,

    Group E- 9 to 12 Classes

    Group F- (Special Group) Oil Colours/Acrylic Colours- VI to XII Classes (Not Oil Pastels).

    Each participating Vidyalaya may send 04 exhibits from Group A to Group E. But from Group F (Special Group) any number of paintings can be sent (Acrylic/Oil colours).

    13th All India Kendriya Vidyalaya Child Art Competition 2017 Prize :

    Group A to Group E
    150 Gold Plated Medals (30 Medals for each group )

    50 Prizes will be given to next 50 paintings (10 for each Group)

    Group F (Acrylic/Oil paintings) :
    25 Special Prizes will be awarded for top paintings.

    Top Ten (10) Drawing Teachers and their Vidyalayas for good performance shown in this exhibition by their students will be awarded with Momentoes.

    Application Process for 13th All India KV Child Art Exhibition-2017:

    (@)..> All the entries should reach on or before 30th September 2017 to the Vidyalaya Address.

    (@)..> The Paintings must be original. They should not be mounted or framed.

    (@)..> The Size should be ¼ or ½ of the chart/drawing sheet (11”x14”or14”x22”inches size)

    (@)..> Other sizes of drawing sheet or chart will not be accepted.

    (@)..> At the back of the painting, the below details should be mentioned.

    a) Name
    b) Class
    c) Title of the painting
    d) Name of the Drawing Teacher
    e) Name of the Region & State
    f) Name and address of the KV with postal pin code

    (@)..> This is must that each painting should be certified by the Drawing Teacher & Principal.

    (@)..> The painting contain the school stamp, on the reverse side, failing which the painting will be summarily rejected and no correspondence will be entertained.

    (@)..> The Principal’s covering letter along with participants list must be enclosed with the following detail such as Sl. No. , Name, class, Group, school Address, Region and state.
