    Welfare Department, Govt. of Jharkhand presenting the Jharkhand e-Kalyan Post Matric Scholarship for the students studying within the State. The golden chance for those students who are studying within the Jharkhand State of Government colleges and private colleges or institutions. For the year 2016-17, they can apply for post matric scholarship through online application Process. For the Jharkhand State Post Matric Scholarship, the student should be Domicile of Jharkhand and should belongs to SC/ST/OBC category. In the article below we will explain you through steps that how can you apply for scholarship within the State through online.

    How to Apply for Online Post Matric Scholarship within the State :

    {@#}= The thing first you need of having computer or laptop with internet connection.

    {@#}= You need to type Jharkhand.gov.in or ekalyan.jharkhand.gov.in in the address bar

    {@#}= Click on Citizen corner option and e-kalyan.

    {@#}= You will see the option of Post Matric, click on it to apply for post matric scholarship .

    {@#}= Then you to click your cursor on Within the State to apply for Scholarship within the state.

    {@#}= You will get a page where you can see the option of Apply Online, click on it.

    {@#}= Click on Downloads to download the important documents.

    {@#}= Select New option.

    {@#}= Afterwards fill in Online application as per the asked details like, Aadhaar Number,

    {@#}= Applicants details :
    Session, applicants name, DOB, father name, Relation with Guardian, Category, Gender, Applicant’s Email ID, Family Income, Nationality, Bank name with Branch Address,
    {@#}= Address details :
    Present address, pin code, phone no., permanent address, pin code, phone no.,

    {@#}= Current year qualification Details :
    District, Location, Institute Name (during filling the form, if you do not find you Institute name in the list, then contact to Welfare Department), Address, University, HOD/Incharge, Institute Admission Date, Phone no., Fax No., Bank name with Branch, CBS Account no., IFSC code, Pursuing course etc.

    {@#}= Browse to upload the passport size photograph of the candidate.

    {@#}= At last click on Apply Online option in the form.

    {@#}= If the candidates has filled the application correctly, the application will be saved to e-Kalyan server and report will be generated.

    {@#}= Take a print out of system generated application form.

    {@#}= In the form the User ID and password will be generated for login.

    {@#}= Get the form completed by the institute with Principal’s signature and stamp.

    {@#}= After Completion of all above formalities students have to scan this system generated application and upload it with their login id and password, along with Scanned copy of all Documents which are mentioned below:

    Upload Documents :
    1 Scan Copy of original Residential Certificate

    2 Scan Copy of original Caste Certificate

    3 Scan Copy of original Income Certificate

    4 Scan Copy of original Bonafide Certificate

    5 Copy of Mark sheet of last examination (self attested)

    6 Scanned Copy of your system generated application Part I & II with dully filled and signed by concerned person
