Doodle4google India Competition 2016 For Classes 1 To 10 Students

    Any Indian student who are studying in any school are invited to enter in Doodle4Google competition and get a chance to be displayed on the Google India homepage and other exciting prizes. The starting date for entries in the competition is 5th Sept, 2016. Only one doodle per entrant is allowed. In case of duplicate or multiple entries, the first entry will be accepted for the competition.

    Last Date : 21st October, 2016

    Eligibility Criteria :

    @=> The competition is open for Indian Citizens.

    @=> At the time of entering for Doodle 4 Google the participant must be a school student and studying in Classes 1 to 10.

    @=> The participant must have prior approval from their parents/guardian or teacher and have agreed to be bound by the rules and regulations.

    Benefits Provided :

    National Winner :

    ** National winner of Doodle4 Goole will be displayed on the Google India Homepage on 14th November, 2016.

    ** The winner will get medal from Google

    ** He/she will get invitation to the award ceremony

    ** The winners will also be awarded with a Chromebook laptop

    12 Finalists Prizes :

    ** All the 12 finalists will receive invitation to the award ceremony

    ** Certificate of achievement will also be given

    ** A chromebook laptop shall also be awarded to them.

    ** All the 12 finalists doodle will be displayed in a gallery on the doodle website.

    Application Process :

    To enter into the Doodle 4 Google competition, the contestant needs to go to the link during the contest period.

    Download Doodle 4 Google Entry Form.

    For the following 2-pages official entry form, follow the instructions given in the form.

    The Doodle should have a Title and Description in maximum 50 words.

    The doodle has to be created in the space given in the entry form.

    The created doodle needs to be uploaded online on the Google web portal.

    The hard copy of doodle along with application form can be sent by post also by the parents/guardian/teachers to the below mentioned address.

    All the supported files must be in jpg and png.

    Selection Criteria :

    Selection pattern of 12 finalists :

    Doodles be grouped by the students classes, such as Class 1 to 3, Class 4 to 6 and Classes 7 to 10.

    From each group, 12 finalists will be shortlisted, which makes total 36 doodles.

    From the shortlisted doodles, 4 doodles from each group will be selected by the Guest judges.

    Selection of Winner :

    12 selected doodles will be published on the google website on 1st November, 2016 and afterwards, the public voting will start.

    On the basis of public voting, one winning entry for each group will be announced.

    One person may cast one vote for each class group.

    Guest judges will announce one overall winning doodle from the entries received and it will displayed on the Google India homepage on 14th November, 2016.
